Joy Today is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Domestic Shipping:

Free Shipping on any order over $100.

$10 shipping on all other orders.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.

Taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.

We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.

International Shipping:

Free Shipping on any order over $100.

$20 shipping on all other orders.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.

International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. joy-today.com has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.

We cannot guarantee international delivery dates.

Order Cancellations:

Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact us at: contact@joy-today.com

You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact us at: contact@joytoday.com

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items cannot be edited.

All sales are final.

At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Joy Today reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at conact@joy-today.com. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a full refund of the defective or damaged item.
